The philosophy at The Bath Priory is to find wine producers who may have an individual and personal approach to obtain wines, some of which may be unusual and particular and all of which are of exceptional quality.
Wine is available by the glass, half bottle or bottle and each wine has been carefully selected for a specific reason and to suit most budgets. Whether you are looking for something to celebrate a special birthday, such as a Grande Marque champagne like Henriot Brut Souverain N.V., or something more unusual, such as the red wine Massava Classic 2005 Bekaa Valley Lebanon (a Lebanese/French joint venture), there is such a variety of choice you are sure to find a wine to suit your palate.
The Bath Priory also serves a wide selection of Champagne / Vintage / Rosé and wines by the glass.
Huge congratulations go to our Head Sommelier Guillaume Gorichon and his team, Alexandre Hristov and Antoine Terrien who have won two awards in quick succession.
They were recognised for their passion, dedication, knowledge and extensive wine collection from across the globe.
The Bath Priory was awarded Notable Wine List in the AA Wine Awards 2011 - 2012 following Best Fine Dining Wine List at the Bath Good Food Awards 2011.
