Ten of the finest Hotels and Restaurants outside London have joined together to establish a training opportunity for those setting out on their career to become among the finest Hotel Managers in the UK. Ten candidates will complete a 25 month training program covering all the cores skills of kitchen, restaurant, sales and marketing, housekeeping / maintenance/ HR, reception and reservation areas working in some of the best properties in the UK.

Such creditable recognition of the standards of service, accommodation, food and overall hospitality is a really glowing acknowledgement of all that the Priory team have achieved.
