The story of Mas de Daumas Gassac is one of vision, enterprise, passion and pride.

You cannot talk about Gassac without mentioning the legendary Emile Peynaud who effectively came out of retirement in 1978 to mentor the Guiberts in their early wine-making endeavours. The wines do not lie; they have  natural elegance and a purity that marks them apart. Each vintage is truly a testament to a wine-growing season; one tastes the terroir rather than the technique.

The charismatic wines of Gassac have acquired an international reputation and have been sold en primeur since the early vintages. They possess a beguiling elegance that led one famous critic to christen them “The Lafite of the Languedoc.”

Samuel Guibert will guide you through the Mas de Daumas Gassac wines, explaining why they are the perfect choice for the exquisite menu created by our team of talented chefs.

The evening begins at 7.00pm with an apéretif and canapés served in the Drawing Room.
