Damien Martin

Damien started his restaurant career at Alexander House hotel in 2009, Surrey, working as a waiter in the fine dining restaurant, with no previous experience he quickly picked up a passion for the industry and set out to make it his career.

After a short time travelling abroad he returned to catering in 2010, working at Tuddenham Mill Hotel in Suffolk, running the restaurant and bar operation before taking his next move to start at The Bath Priory as a Chef de Rang in the restaurant in 2011. Here he learnt the essentials to fine dining and over the next two years worked through the positions until being appointed Restaurant Manager in 2013 at the age of 24.
