Ready for your winter dinner parties, join us for an expert demonstration of how to create a selection of stunning canapés.

Executive Chef, Michael Nizzero and his team will demonstrate how to make four simple but fabulous canapés and offer their expert advice for crafting these delicious appetisers. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious two-course set lunch with a glass of wine.

Arrive to a crisp glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne and canapés before Executive Chef, Michael Nizzero, will craft a bespoke menu especially for each event, perfectly paired with wine matched to each course.

Join us at The Garden Spa by L'Occitane for an evening of pure indulgence and pampering!

Arrive to a glass of fizz and canapés, followed by a file and polish per person, treatment demonstrations, exclusive offers on the night and a L'Occitane goody bag to take home.

Join the 'viticulture pioneers' of Marlborough, New Zealand as Saint Clair Family Estate visit The Bath Priory to showcase their outstanding, award-winning wines. Hosted by Vito Scaduto and Saint Clair expert, Laura Young, enjoy an arrival drink and canapés before savouring a superb four-course menu with matching wines to accompany each course.

Join our Executive Chef, Michael Nizzero and his pastry chefs as they demonstrate how to create the perfect Bûche de Noël. Explore the different flavours of sponges and creams (and which work best together!) and learn the insider tips for perfecting this traditional dessert.

Then enjoy a luxurious festive Champagne Afternoon Tea including a selection of freshly cut sandwiches, delicious homemade cakes and warm scones served with clotted cream and a local preserve alongside an extensive selection of teas and coffee and a glass of Champagne.

Head Gardner, Jane Moore and florist, Deb England will host a Christmas wreath making masterclass demonstrating how to put together a stunning Christmas wreath to enjoy throughout the festive season.

Enjoy mulled wine, mince pies and cream tea as you create your own wreath to take home in time for Christmas.
