Treatments: pregnancy

Ladies in the first trimester of their pregnancy need to be aware that all body and facial therapies are contra-indicated until they have passed 14 weeks. We can, however, offer manicures or pedicures as an alternative at this stage.

Treatments: children

Due to the intimate nature of all therapies, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times throughout the treatment.

Treatments: cancellation

Should you need to cancel any treatment, we require 24 hours notice or the full amount will be charged

Pool rules: children

The swimming pools are open to guests under the age of 16, accompanied by an adult. Our quiet / serious swimming times are prior to 10.00am and after 5.30pm, daily. We regret that the sauna, steam room and gym cannot be used by those under the age of 16.
