Dear Sue and the Bath Priory Team,

Having made the decision to stay away over Xmas this year, although the travel distance was a definite plus, we really could not have bettered the venue anyway!

So please convey our genuine thanks to you and your team and to every one of your staff who, to a man, were obliging and attentive and who provided us with a most relaxing and enjoyable Xmas break.

Special thanks to Chris Horridge and his own hard working team for all of the deliciously creative and wonderful meals, which we experience during our stay.

We look forward to visiting the Priory again very soon.

Dear Sue, Caroline and Lizzie,

Did you sometimes feel like Alice (in Wonderland) as we moved like a cloud of grasshoppers through one sumptuous meal after another at the Bath Priory Hotel over Christmas?

We had such a lovely time with you – it was the best Christmas ever! I cannot believe the incredible welcome you gave us and the marvelous events you planned so perfectly, as well as all the smaller details which you and your staff attended to so willingly. Thank you very much – we were all very happy and very merry.

Our four days in London worked out well, though without you three I can’t imagine how we did it!!!!

Well it’s pleasant to be home but we miss you all and the Priory.

To the Garden Spa Team,

My mother and I spent the day with you on a ‘pamper day’. The day was a present for her 80th birthday. We both wanted to thank all of you involved for the way you treated us. The whole day totally exceeded our expectations and we felt great afterwards.

We had a wonderful weekend of celebration at the Bath Priory and everything ran like clockwork. Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put in to making the weekend run so smoothly. The attention to detail was excellent -from handing out telephone extension numbers so we could all telephone each other (which we did!) to the arranging of the perfect flowers in my mother's room and in the dining room.

The food was quite exceptional. Please pass on our thanks to Chris Horridge and his team for all their hard work. Both dinners were superb and there was much talk about the food and admiration for the talent in the kitchens!

It was a pleasure for me and my sister to be so involved in the planning of the event and we greatly appreciated dealing with someone so efficient at the hotel.

I hope we may have the pleasure of visiting the hotel again in the future.

Just to thank you, and everyone concerned, for making our Ruby Wedding anniversary celebration last week such an unforgettable event. The food, service and attention to detail were superb. We have written to Chef seperately to thank him for his irresistible contributions, but we would also like to make mention of the wine recommendations. The evening, and the entire stay for the majority of our guests, was something they are steadfastly refusing to forget!

We have already thanked Isobel individually, but would reiterate that she was remarkably efficient and helpful throughout, as was Caroline during the event. All the staff were beyond reproach.

We could not have enjoyed ourselves more at any other venue, nor with any other staff to take care of us.

We celebrated my wife's sixtieth birthday at the Priory on Sunday 28th July and I can truly say that it was a wonderful and memorable occassion.

The friendly welcome as we arrived was complemented by attentive but discreet service throughout the afternoon. The meal was superb and we were able to savour it in a remarkably relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Of course the fine weather helped and it was fortunate that we were able to enjoy the gardens at their best, but I am sure that no matter what the the weather the outcome would have been the same.

I am writing to ask you to pass on our thanks to everyone involved with our recent 60th Wedding Anniversary party at The Bath Priory Hotel on 23rd June.

My husband and I were really delighted with all the arrangements. The venue is lovely as we know from previous visits; the food was delicious, thanks to the Chef and Kitchen staff; ref. Mr Scaduto helped us to choose perfect accompanying wines; and the service was impeccable throughout.

I have had wondeful feedback from our guests, who were all impressed with the arrangements and enjoyed the party immensely.

We have such happy memories of the day which we will treasure and we both send thanks to you all for everything you did to make it such a wonderful occassion.

Just a short note to say thank you so much for your help and support in the arrangements for our wedding on 23rd May.

We had a wonderful day, the weather was perfect and so our guests were able to wander around the lovely gardens in the hotel. Many thanks to the babysitter for looking after my daughter and her baby so well and for organising the chaos in their room.

Dear Miss Williams,

Our stay at the hotel earlier this week to celebrate or respective birthdays was so enjoyable and relaxed.

To the hospitality staff at The Bath Priory,

I was meant to send this thank you in a Christmas card but as the season has escaped me I will send it via email.

My husband and I went to your gourmet dinner 24th November 2005. It was special for me for two reasons; one being I had been very ill last autumn and it was my first night out since August and two, the dinner fell on Thanksgiving Day.

The Priory was lovely, the atmosphere wonderful, but the unexpected surprise of a Thanksgiving card (Hallmark no less) waiting for me at the desk was really lovely. It continues to have pride of place on the mantle.

We will definitely be back to the Priory in the near future and we want to book for next years Christmas Carol evenings. I will never forget the thoughtfulness of your card. It really meant a great deal to me.

Dear Jessica Grant,

I feel I must write to thank your team for making my daughter and my afternoon so wonderful. As soon as we arrived in the Garden Spa, Martin made us feel so welcome and relaxed.

After we had a leisurely swim to unwind, we soon prepared ourselves for the treatments that we had booked. Your two therapists Amy and Rachel came and introduced themselves and made us feel really relaxed and at ease.

The treatments we had were out of this world, I have never had a message or facial done so beautifully and peacefully, they made us feel like royalty. They are a great credit to your company. It took us both about an hour to come down to earth PURE MAGIC.

The whole setting on the Priory Hotel is lovely and the service we received throughout the hotel was first class from all your staff. One day I will come back and do it all over again, and hopefully be able to afford to say in one of the rooms overnight.

Thank you again; we had a perfect day, we have told everyone about the wonderful time we had at your hotel and how lovely Bath is.
