Executive Chef Sam Moody has created a reputation for exciting flavours, fine quality food and the delivery of a culinary experience that will delight time and time again. Sam has a genuine passion for developing menus that use fresh, local ingredients; his supplier relationships are very strong, his salad leaves are grown locally and to his precise requirements: the link between food and cuisine does not come much closer than this.
Of course the most local supplier is the Priory's own Kitchen Garden. The planting here is a collaboration between kitchen and garden with some interesting experimentation and some fine produce making its way direct from paddock to plate.
Sam's superb cuisine is complemented by an exemplary wine list and our Head Sommelier, Alex Hristov, and his team are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice and suggestions on the perfect wine to accompany your meal.
The restaurant is open Monday - Sunday:
Lunch 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Afternoon Tea 3pm - 4.30pm
Dinner 6.30pm - 9.30pm

We request that guests dress smart with no denim, trainers or sportswear.
In the evenings, children over the age of 12 are more than welcome to dine in the restaurant from the À La Carte Menu. Alternatively a high tea is available 5pm - 6pm or room service. Children over the age of five are very welcome in the restaurant for lunch.
Tables with five guests or above are asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee their booking. For tables of eight guests or above, a reduced à la carte or the stunning Tasting Menu is available instead. We can of course accommodate many dietary requirements with advance notice.
