Anca is originally from Romania, but after studying Foreign Cultural Studies in her native country, she decided to move abroad in search of new opportunities. In 2002 Anca moved to Miami to work for Carnival Cruise Lines, where, over the next 6 years, she took on a variety of roles, including Room Service Supervisor and Head Waitress. In summer 2008 Anca then took on a new challenge and moved to Dubai to work for a privately owned members club, where her role as Hostess involved working with top end products and offering high levels of customer service at all times. Later that year, Anca found her path changing and leading to the UK, and to the role of Restaurant Manager at the prestigious SLH property, Alexander House Hotel in Sussex, where she stayed until joining The Bath Priory in November 2010.
