Caroline started her career in Bath seventeen years ago at the Homewood Park Hotel where she worked in both the restaurant and reception. After three years Caroline moved to Combe Grove Manor as Senior Receptionist and was later promoted to Front of House Manager. It was always her dream to join Raymond Blanc and his team at the renowned “Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.” This was her next move, where she stayed for eight years, during which time, she held the position as Assistant Reception Manager and then Reception Manager. During her time there, Le Manoir went through a major improvement programme, after which Caroline took on the task of creating a sales department away from the reception area and held the position as Reservations Manager for her last three years there. She left Le Manoir in 2002 to follow her desire to travel through India, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand, Borneo and South America. Completing her travelling experience and returning to England, she wanted to return to her favourite city “Bath” when she joined The Bath Priory in 2003.
