Guest Services Manager
Heike Toben-Heiken joined The Bath Priory Hotel as Guest Services Manager in June 2008.
She started her career in Cologne, Germany where she successfully finished her three year apprenticeship in one of the leading hotels of the world. After working in the high quality establishment she then moved to Oxfordshire where she joined the team of Raymond Blanc at "Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons" in 2004. Heike started there as a commis de rang and then moved to Restaurant Receptionist. After a year in this position she was promoted to Head Restaurant Receptionist.
Heike enjoys the buzz of the catering industry and always tries to fulfil and wherever possible exceed expectations. Here at The Bath Priory she will strive to make your stay as special and memorable as possible.
