Jessica is originally from Spain, but decided to move to the UK and has since settled in Bath. Fully qualified as a Fitness Trainer and Beauty Therapist, she pursued her career at a number of venues, before choosing The Bath Priory Hotel in 2004. Jessica worked here at the hotel as Head Therapist for three years, receiving the highest level of training from Decléor and LI'TYA, and supporting the Spa Manager in the daily running of the luxury facilities.
 
Looking to move on to a something new, in 2007 Jessica decided to leave The Bath Priory and set up her own business. With her Brother, she now helps to manage an authentic Spanish tapas bar in the centre of Bath. Never one to refuse a challenge though, in August 2009 Jessica was offered the opportunity to come back to The Bath Priory and manage the newly refurbished Garden Spa, enjoying the excitement of the that the new responsibility brings, Jessica said "it's fantastic to be back at such a wonderful hotel and working with such a great team. The new Spa facilities are wonderful and it's a pleasure working in such a refreshing environment".
