RESTAURANT VACANCIES
Commis Sommelier - This role would suit a Commis Waiter who has an interest in wines and would like to learn more about this exciting aspect of fine dining. Ideally you will have worked in a Michelin Star/Relais & Chateaux/4 AA red star/Fine Dining property/restaurant and be looking to broaden your knowledge. We will provide all the training you will need to progress and succeed in this role.

FRONT OF HOUSE VACANCIES
Front of House Porter - Your main responsibilities are to welcome guests at the front door, assist with their luggage and parking cars, also to ensure that the public areas within the property, main entrance and terrace within the property are kept clean and presented immaculately. At the moment this is a temporary position to start immediately and continue throughout the summer with the possibility of becoming permanent. The working hours are 24 per week, Friday to Sunday inclusive.
