At The Bath Priory we treat our guests as individuals; we have a range of facilities catering for people of all abilities.

 

Making the Reservation

Enquiries and reservations may be made by telephone, fax or email

Should you wish to take a taxi from Bath Spa Train Station, this is a 10 minute drive. Bristol airport is approximate 40 minutes drive.

We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements pre arrival

On Arrival

Car Park is mostly on a level with a slope down towards the greenhouse

The car park has a gravel surface

Drop-off point at the front door for wheelchair access

Allocated car parking spaces at the front door

Porter assistance for both cars and luggage

Reception is all on one level

Low-level desk available

 

Inside the Hotel

Access to the Restaurant and ground floor rooms is on a flat surface, part carpet and part tiled

Our corridors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair

Staff trained in disability awareness

Assistance dogs and pet dogs welcome

We do not have a lift at the hotel

Toilet facilities have restricted access for wheelchair users, our ground floor bedroom may be used when available

 

The Bedrooms

Allergy-free pillows and duvets available

Small fridges are available in the room on request for medication

1 ground floor room accessible via small step/ramp, containing the following:

  • Wider doors
  • Easy access to terrace
  • Lower level switches, controls and amenities
  • Grab rails in shower room
  • Pull cords for alarms in bathroom
  • Vibrating pillows for hard of hearing guests
  • Adjustable hanging rail in wardrobe

 

The Restaurant

Full waiter service provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner

Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs

Menus also available in large print on request

There is ample moveable seating and there are chairs without arms, or banquette-style seats

Restaurant tables are laid with white linen

The restaurant area is well lit, with lots of natural daylight during daytime hours

 

The Garden Spa

Areas are well lit and face onto the gardens

Treatment rooms and fitness facilities can be accessed by walking round the front of the hotel

The main pool can be accessed by a series of steps from the ground floor, or via the gardens

 

The Gardens

Our gardens can be accessed via a slope at the side of the hotel, or by a series of steps from the main terrace

The outdoor pool lies in a secluded area at the bottom of the main lawn. This pool is not manned.

 

Evacuation

In the event of evacuation the bells will ring continuously. If you require assistance for evacuating please notify us on arrival.
