| THE RESTAURANT
Fine food and wine are an integral part of The Bath Priory and
we pride ourselves on our high standard of service. Our light and
elegant restaurant seats 64 guests. It overlooks the award-winning
gardens and has held the prestigious Michelin Star for its cuisine
since 1999.
Head Chef, Chris Horridge, has
an extraordinary passion for his work and this shines through in
the dishes he creates. Chris credits his former mentor, Raymond
Blanc and his time spent at Oxfordshire’s “Le Manoir
Aux Quat’ Saisons”, for encouraging his belief that
seasonal food is best.
He also works closely with Head Gardener and Chelsea Medal winner,
Jane Moore, to develop menus using ingredients from the Kitchen
Garden. Chris and his team will happily discuss any special dietary
requirements you may have. Click here for
